Best PC Build Under Rs. 35,000: Ryzen 3 3200G Setup (Gaming and Multipurpose)

Building a capable and multipurpose PC under the budget of Rs. 35,000 used to be difficult a few years back but now with the revolutionary pricing and products from AMD, not only we are getting quality performance with AMD hardware but it has also pulled the prices of some good budget Intel chips like i3-9100F and i5-9400F.

The full setup build here also consists of PC peripherals which reduce the budget for other components. If you do not need a monitor or other peripherals and you just want a CPU to build for Rs. 35,000. Then the build can be upgraded with a dedicated graphics card for gaming and graphics-heavy tasks or the processor can be upgraded with comparatively capable AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, you can see the full PC build here.

In this PC setup build, we have chosen the best possible products which all of you can purchase easily on Amazon. All the prices of the products remain similar but, the price may vary by a little margin on Amazon as various offers and discounts keep running. So to make a smart purchase, wait for a good sale period and avail extra discounts.

The components we have selected to build the best complete PC setup under Rs. 35,000 are:

AMD Ryzen™ 3 3200G

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G is one of the most popular and best budget processors. Ryzen 3 3200G is a very capable processor and can handle heavy tasks like AAA games easily and performs quite well. It is built with 12nm process technology, which makes it efficient and fast. It is a 4-core CPU with a base clock speed of 3.6GHz and a max boost clock speed of 4.0GHz.

AMD has now conquered the CPU market with revolutionary pricing and technologies. Ryzen 3 3200G is not an exception, Ryzen 3 3200G comes with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics built-in, which is capable of handling major AAA games easily. Along with these features, the Wraith Stealth cooler is also included with the processor for cooling purposes, and it performs very nicely unlike Intel coolers.

MSI A320M-A PRO MAX m-ATX Motherboard

MSI A320M-A PRO MAX Micro-ATX motherboard is currently the best selling mid-range motherboard for AMD 3rd generation CPUs. It comes with updated BIOS out of the box. It has 2 DDR4 RAM slots that support RAM frequency up to 3200 MHz and supports ultra-fast NVMe, M.2, and SATA SSDs as well as HDDs.

This motherboard from MSI comes with smart fan features, temperature sensors, and an Audio boost technology which improves the system’s performance and its life. Other than that a clean and good-looking interface makes the setup process easier. It also comes with a warranty of 3 years for hassle-free technical support. Another similar alternative to the above-mentioned motherboard is the Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Motherboard which is priced similarly and provides similar value.

Samsung 21.5 inch (54.6 cm) LED Bezel-Less Monitor

This monitor from Samsung provides good value to users in terms of the quality of display and looks. This display comes with an IPS panel which provides good viewing angles and colours. Also, this monitor adds to the looks of the setup, it comes with almost a bezel-less display and ultra-slim design.

The main highlight of the display is its 75Hz refresh rate display, 1080p (Full HD) display, 5ms response time, and AMD Freesync technology. Eye-care features like a blue light shield helps protect the eyes and give a comfortable viewing experience. HDMI connectivity is also a plus point for this 21.5-inch monitor under Rs. 7,500. Altogether, this is a complete value considering the price range it comes in.

An alternative to this monitor is the LG 24-inch gaming monitor. It costs about Rs. 1000 more but provides really good specs like 1ms response time, 75Hz refresh rate, AMD Freesync, FHD IPS panel, and HDMI connectivity. So, if you have a slightly flexible budget and gaming is your priority then I recommend this monitor from LG.

GIGABYTE GP-P450B Power Supply

Often people do cheap out on components like power supply and motherboard, it is not at all recommended. The life of all the components or the whole PC depends upon the reliability and quality of the power supply. If there is a fault or insecurity in the power supply then it reduces the life of your whole PC. So, we always recommend you choose an 80 plus bronze certified power supply for reliability.

We have selected the Gigabyte GP-P450B power supply of 450W. It is 80 plus bronze certified, comes with a 120mm silent hydraulic bearing fan and reliable flat cables. It is priced under Rs. 3000 and provides reliable performance. We have chosen this power supply because it provides sufficient power for our build, is safe and trustable.

There are some other alternatives from Corsair and other brands, but the pricing of Gigabyte GP-P450B is much more comfortable for this build.

ADATA SU650 240 GB M.2 Solid State Drive

SSDs (Solid State Drives) are a must nowadays if you really need to boost your productivity and efficiency then you must use SSD on your PC. SSDs are much faster as compared to HDDs (Hard Disks) and perform better in all tasks. HDDs are less expensive but very slow as compared to SSDs. SSDs eliminate the chances of performance bottlenecking due to slow storage speeds. We recommend using SSDs for installing the operating system and other applications for a faster and smoother experience.

This 240GB SSD from ADATA is one of the most affordable and popular SSDs in the market. 240GB is more than enough for Windows 10 and plenty of other applications, I myself use a 240GB SSD and within that, I have installed many large applications on my PC like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Photoshop and a few games like Rocket League and Valorant, and I still have around 120GB free space on my SSD.

An average application (or app) occupies around 1GB of space, so you can have an idea of how much 240GB is, people often run after 1TB of HDD even when they are not going to use it totally and end up satisfying themselves with a slower PC. If you really have a lot of files to store you can go for an extra 1TB external HDD (like this one from Seagate – 7200rpm) later on.

HyperX Fury 8GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM

RAM (Random Access Memory) is the memory where you will perform and run all your applications and software. After the processor, the speed and amount of RAM decide the performance and multitasking capability of your PC. 8GB of RAM is a must nowadays looking at the complexity and resource demand of the applications.

We have chosen a single module of HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM with 8 GB of memory and a frequency of 3200 MHz which enhances the performance further. AMD PC builds perform better with dual-channel RAM so you can also go with 2 x 4 GB RAM modules, but we recommend upgrading to 16 GB later, so we have chosen a single stick of 8 GB RAM.

RAM modules with higher frequency perform better but there is you should keep into consideration the limit for RAM frequency in the motherboard.

Ant Esports ICE-120AG Mid Tower Case

ICE-120AG Mid Tower Case from Ant Esports is one of the best-selling mid-tower PC cabinets within the budget of Rs. 2000. This cabinet provides a solid thermal performance along with a gorgeous look. The transparent panel on one side of the cabinet provides a good looking view of the internal components and provide full customisation options.

You can decorate your PC according to your creativity and desire. Besides looks, it also allows sufficient airflow which is extremely important to keep the PC cool and efficient, which in turn increases the life of the PC. With minimal branding and clean looks, this cabinet from Ant Esports is our top pick.

For cabinets, you can also look for the Antec NX200 mid tower cabinet, which also provides a similar value and performance in terms of looks and airflow.

HP Desktop C2500 Keyboard Mouse Combo

This wired keyboard and mouse combo is quite basic but of good quality which you can rely upon for consistent performance for a good period of time. HP is quite popular when we talk about laptops or computer peripherals for their performance and pricing. This is not an exception, with a 4-star rating on Amazon, this keyboard-mouse combo is one of the most popular choices among the buyers.

There are many other similar options available in the market like ones from Dell and Lenovo are equally good and durable. You can optionally look for a mouse pad that can increase the life and performance of the mouse, we recommend this one from Amazon.

This PC with AMD Ryzen 3 3200G isn’t the most powerful out there in the market but is definitely one of the most affordable and quite capable in terms of performance. This PC can easily handle all the major AAA games in 1080p with 60FPS and medium settings. You can even edit 1080p videos on this PC, which roughly gives us an idea about the capability of this PC.

For an average user who does internet browsing, conferencing, casual gaming, and multitasking, this PC setup is more than powerful under a super affordable budget of Rs. 35000. This PC is not meant for heavy gaming in high settings or editing 4K videos. If you have a strict budget of Rs. 35000 the this is the ultimate PC setup for you.

With this build, we still have ₹1,813 left, you can use the left budget to decorate your setup or if you have saved more on better deals, you can go for another 8 GB RAM module to improve the system performance and make it ready for an upgrade or future-proof.

Hope you liked the PC setup build under a fixed budget of Rs. 35000. If you want a dedicated PC build under Rs. 30000 without a monitor and keyboard+mouse, then you can look into this PC build by us. You might like our best PC build under Rs. 50000.
